Vicki is a student at Patterson Park High School and a council member on The Corny Collins Show.

Vicki has light auburn hair that she wears in a curled bob with flipped ends and a straight thick fringe that she volumizes to match the rest of her hair. She favors floral dresses and is seen in then throughout most of the film.
She is seen in a blue and white buffalo check dress during "The Nicest Kids in Town."
In "(The Legend of) Miss Baltimore Crabs," she is wearing a pale yellow-green dress with embroidered orange, gold, pink, and red flowers.
During the finale, she wears a white dress with pink flowers and a light pink belt.
Hairspray (2007)[]
Vicki is first introduced during "The Nicest Kids in Town." She is introduced off screen, along with Joey, Mikey and Becky. It is during this scene that is it revealed that she is tied for 4th place in the Miss Teenage Hairspray pageant.[1]
When Tracy enters the studio at WYZT to audition for the vacant spot on the Corny Collins Show, Vicki is rehearsing with Velma Von Tussle and the other council members.

During the Miss Teenage Hairspray pageant, Vicki and Lou Ann introduce Corny. Vicki finishes the competition tied for 4th place with Shelley.[2] During "You Can't Stop the Beat," Vicki helps to integrate The Corny Collins Show by dancing with Tyrone.

- Vicki's name is misspelled in the film's credits as "Vicky" despite being spelled as "Vicki" throughout the film.[3]
