Principal Davidson is the principal at Patterson Park High School in Hairspray's Baltimore. He gives Tracy Turnblad detention and assigns her to special education classes as a form of punishment.
He only appears on screen in Hairspray (1988), but he is referenced in the 2007 remake when Tracy is sent to the Principal's office.
