Consuella is a student and council member of The Corny Collins Show Council. She is a tiny brunette with an "airlift" hairdo.[1] She is first seen stuffing her bra as she gets ready for the show to start.
Consuella only appears in Hairspray (1988), where she is played by Bridget Kimsey.[2]
